Richmond Sam-Quarm is the Finance and Operations Manager at 4DX Ventures, overseeing the firm’s finance and operations functions. In his role, he ensures the effective management of financial strategies, operational efficiency and compliance to support the firm's growth.
Prior to joining 4DX, Richmond served as the Ghana Country Head of Finance for mPharma Inc., a rapidly growing, VC-backed health-tech company. At mPharma, he led the finance functions across all business units, contributing to its overall strategic growth. Richmond also brings valuable experience from his time at Deloitte & Touche, where he worked in Big 4 Audit, engaging clients across diverse industries.
Richmond is a Chartered Accountant with an MSc in Development Finance and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Ghana Business School.
In his leisure time, Richmond enjoys playing video games and is an avid sports enthusiast. He is passionate about tennis, soccer, volleyball, athletics and swimming.
