Munashe Dema is an Investment Associate at 4DX Ventures. Prior to joining 4DX, Munashe worked with M12 Europe, Microsoft’s VC Fund, focusing on early-stage gaming and SaaS deals across Europe, Israel, and the United States. Prior to that, he served as an LP at Blue Future Partners in Berlin and Munich, where he executed VC fund investments and contributed to the fund’s early-stage investment strategy in Africa. Munashe also gained valuable operational experience at Bulb Energy and LAMB in London.
Munashe holds a BSc in Finance, Accounting, and Management from the University of Nottingham.
Outside of work, Munashe enjoys traveling, hiking, playing sports and attending music festivals. He is grateful for the diverse experiences and opportunities life has offered him.
