Emmanuella Chioke is an Executive Office Associate at 4DX Ventures, where she coordinates high-priority projects, ensures effective communication across the executive office, and helps drive strategic alignment to enhance the firm’s operational effectiveness. Emma provides leverage to the Chief of Staff in managing the 4DX Partners’ schedules and priorities and supports the General Partners on key strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining 4DX Ventures, Emma was Chief of Staff to the CEO at Oze, where she managed special projects, led cross-functional teams, and developed impact frameworks. She also served as an Impact Investing Associate at The Martini Trust, managing portfolio engagement and developing ESG frameworks to support investment decisions. Emma holds a B.A. in International Political Economy from Fordham University and is passionate about driving impactful investments and growth in the African startup ecosystem.
Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, playing the piano, and engaging in strategic thinking through puzzles like Sudoku.
